Hristos was born and raised in Kastoria Greece and moved to the United States to attend college. He received a BS in Information Systems Management from York College of the City University of New York. Hristos worked for several Wall Street firms specializing in architecting and implementing high availability and disaster recovery solutions for mission critical systems in financial services institutions. Following his passion to enable organizations and individuals to realize their full potential using technology he joined Microsoft corporation where he spent 17 years in the Microsoft Consulting Services and the Microsoft Global Sales organizations working with enterprise and global customers in Financial Services, Healthcare and Media & Entertainment vertical industries. Hristos currently is a global business leader with Amazon Web Services the foremost company in cloud infrastructure services globally. He is leading a team that enables global financial services institutions including JP Morgan Chase, Citibank, Goldman Sachs and Bloomberg to realize business agility and operational efficiency through the implementation of digital transformation strategies. Hristos serves as the secretary in the parish council at St Anargyroi Orthodox Church in Washington Heights NY.
